Peachy Keen Crisp

I don't know if you've noticed, but it's peach season!  I've been eating a ton of peaches. They're so sweet this time of year, it's like eating peach candy! I've been figuring out clever ways to add them to salads, cereals, pancakes etc. Check out this Peachy keen Crisp recipe! It's easy, delicious and right in time for Fall!

YOU WILL NEED:
~1 Peach
~1Tablespoon of brown sugar
~Granola
~Butter
~Vanilla ice-cream or frozen yogurt

This could not be easier. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Take a peach, slice it in half and throw out the pit. Scrape out the center a bit to get rid of the hard parts. Place the peach halves, cut side up, in a baking dish. Sprinkle each half with about 1/2 tablespoon of brown sugar, and then add 1 tablespoon of granola to each half. Finish off with a little pat of butter. Bake for 15 minutes until the peaches are soft and the granola is brown. Transfer to individual dishes while hot and serve with ice-cream or yogurt (optional).

Enjoy!
