Baked Brie

Ladies and gentlemen, I bring you my Lea's Famous Baked Brie! This is seriously the BEST baked brie you will ever have! My mom taught me how to do this (thanks mom) and it is always a HUGE hit when I make it! My husband and I had it for lunch today with some white wine! Yes I had a drink at lunch!

THIS IS ALL YOU NEED:

BRIE
JAM (I used Raspberry, but use any fruit you like)
Pillsbury Crescent Rolls (4 pack)
Water crackers (or any other non-flavored cracker)

Attache all 4 rolls into a starlike pattern.

Lay Brie in the center. Add a big spoonful of the jam and spread evenly on top.

Carefully wrap each piece around the brie covering as much as you can.

Place in a shallow dish (the one above is the top to a casserole dish I have) and bake at 375 degrees for 12-13 minutes. It will be a nice golden brown when it's done.

THEN......

Dig in to this gooey goodness! Slice, place on cracker and eat!

Honey would be good in it too. And pine nuts of you like them. Thanks for sharing, Lea!

Yeah, I should have posted about adding nuts. I'm just kinda a non-nut girl! I mean I love nuts, but not in my cookies or cheese! LOL!
