Okay, are you ready for the yummiest and easiest recipe ever?!
A few years ago we were invited to a friends house for Easter. We walked in and her house smelled heavenly! I thought..... wow that ham smells good! But it wasn't ham, it was chicken!
THIS is what she made.
Ingredients:
4 Chicken Breasts (I use tenderloins sometimes too)
1 cup of mayonnaise
1/4 cup of shaved parmesan cheese
Italian style breadcrumbs or Panko breadcrumbs
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place chicken breasts on a cookie sheet. I line mine with parchment paper for easier clean up. In a small bowl mix the mayonnaise with the parmesan cheese. Once mixed, evenly spread on top of the chicken breasts.
Bake for 20 minutes. That's it! Serve with a vegetable or salad. So good!
You won't believe the taste. Somehow that mayonnaise mixture keeps the chicken very moist.
