Wasabi Almond Salmon

I think I mentioned I'm on a health kick! Salmon is considered a miracle food with its Omega-3 fats, and this recipe will make you want to eat it everyday! Seriously, this is simply delicious and easy peasy with just 3 ingredients!
Salmon filet
Olive Oil
Blue Diamond Wasabi and Soy Sauce Almonds

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Depending on the size of your Salmon Fillet, chop up about 1/2 cup of almonds. 
Line a pan with foil and spray with cooking spray. Lay salmon skin side down. Brush with olive oil and cover evenly with chopped almonds. Press almonds onto salmon firmly. 
Cook for 8-10 minutes. 
Serve with a side salad and a side of soy sauce (optional).
