3 Bean Salad

This is a no brainer! This 3 bean salad is 3 of my favorite things.... Healthy, Easy, and Inexpensive!

15.5 oz. can of Red kidney beans
15.5 oz. can of Garbanzo beans
15.5 oz. can of black beans
2 celery sticks (chopped)
1 small vidalia onion chopped (about 1/2 cup)
A bunch of FRESH dill (about 1/4 cup)
White wine vinegar (natural)
Extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt and pepper (about 1 teaspoon of each)

Grab a strainer. Open each can of beans, dump in strainer, rinse with cold water, and dump into a large bowl. When you are done doing this with all 3 cans, add chopped celery, onion and fresh dill. Stir and blend with large spoon. Add equal parts olive oil and white wine vinegar, salt and pepper. Blend well. Pop in the fridge for about 1 hour. Serve! Eat! Yum!

So far I've ascertained we have a love of beans and cheese in common. :) Beans are a big part of my daily lunches during the week. Yum. x
