Greek Feta Dip

Not only is this Greek Feta Dip AMAZING, but it's also embarrassingly EASY to make! Whenever I make it, everyone devours it, and someone always wants the recipe. With the red, white and green colors, it is also the PERFECT dip for the holidays!

YOU WILL NEED:
 Olive oil
tomatoes (any kind) I used 3 Roma's (chopped)
2 scallions (sliced)
1 package of crumbled Greek Feta
Greek seasoning (I use Cavender's)
1 baguette (use a french baguette)

Grab a large platter and fill it generously with olive oil. Add the diced tomatoes and scallions on top of the olive oil. Add the crumpled Feta. Sprinkle the Greek Seasoning on top. I use about 3 tablespoons. Mix it gently all together. Done!

Now comes the baguette. Buy a fresh baguette in the bakery section of the supermarket. It really does make a difference! Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch slices and simply scoop the dip (below). You can also include a serving spoon if people would rather apply the dip that way. But what's the fun in that? Enjoy!
