Fiesta scramble

You want easy? THIS is easy AND delicious! This is my take on "Ranchos hueveros!"

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp milk
  • 1/4 cup of salsa (mild, medium, or hot)
Wisk together eggs, and milk.  Pour into preheated pan.  Stir and scramble the eggs to your liking. Turn off heat when the eggs are cooked. Stir in salsa and mix well. Transfer to a plate with a piece of toast. Yummy!
