While most people feel that the week drags along slowly, mine always seems to fly by! It could be that I live with a bit of sleep deprivation, but I feel like everytime I turn around it's Friday!
My days tend to be pretty predictable. Wake up, feed Tommy, feed Jake, watch Sesame Street, etc. etc. etc! All while trying to figure out ways to simplify my life!
Here is a simplifying tip that has made MY life easier.
Every Monday I bake a dish of chicken tenderloins to use throughout the week. I throw them into salads, pastas, sandwiches, just about anything. It's super easy, convenient and you always have a healthy protein at your fingertips.

Spray a glass baking dish with cooking spray. Arrange the tenderloins, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Konriko Greek Seasoning (you can find it in any grocery store in the spice section. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 10 minutes, turn them over and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Done! They are delish!
This little guy or shall I say "Big boy" has started solids. We started with Avocado about a week ago, and he LOVES it! So proud of him and his eagerness to eat!
All I do it pureé half an avocado with 1/2 a teaspoon of olive oil in my Mini Cuisinart. NO NEED to buy a baby food maker. Total waste of money. Next we're on to squash!
