Makeup Brush Cleaner

When was the last time you cleaned your makeup brushes? Probably been a while right??? Makeup brushes are a breeding ground for bacteria. Think about how much bacteria is on your face daily. Bacteria and natural oils transmit onto your brushes everytime they come in contact with your skin. Ewww!
Here is a quick and easy way to clean your brushes.

Mix these 3 ingredients in a small dish!

Grab a brush and swirl into the mixture for about 10 seconds.

You won't believe how much makeup comes off of the brushes! There is no need to clean water between brushes. Rinse eat brush with warm water and then lay flat to dry.
Done! Simple as that!

That is such a simple cleaning solution. I have purchased specific brush cleaning products in the past but I love this one. And this is DEFINITELY a reminder that I need to clean my brushes. It's been far too long. Thanks for sharing! :)

I just cleaned mine for the first time a few weeks ago and was amazed at all the dirt! It was gross. Now I have much happier brushes!

I stopped reading to try this immediately...AMAZING, especially with some pricey brushes that I had been using and tossing rather than cleaning because when I tried washing them they turned out "slick" and "slimey" feeling. The brushes turned out clean, soft and odor free. Thank you!

Oh, My! I just tried this cleaning method, It worked so well and fast, I was only intending to try it out on a couple of brushes, but because it was so fast and easy I ended up cleaning about seven of my brushes, the ones i use most. I use to just was my brushes out every few months ( I know eeewww) I just didn't feel like going through the hassle but now I'll clean them at least weekly if not daily now. Awesome tip. Thank you so much for sharing. i started using the dawn, after spending a lot of money on brush cleaners, and still having to use the dawn or baby shampoo to still get them. Clean. Thus it would take me at least an hour to clean and reclean my brushes.
