Ready for the EASIEST cookie recipe ever?! These decadant dark chocolate sea salt cookies are RICH with chocolate and flavor.
ALL YOU NEED:
1 Box of dark chocolate cake mix (any brand)
1 Stick of salted butter (softened)
2 Tablespoons of water
1 Egg
Coarse sea salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place all ingrediants in a large bowl. Either beat on low OR mix with a fork. I always use a fork. It blends everything well by hand. Mix until batter becomes doughy.
Roll dough into 1 1/2 inch balls and place on cookie sheets (I cover mine with parchment paper for easy clean up). Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Grab some coarse sea salt. I like the grinders like the Alessi grinder (above).
Sprinkle sea salt generously over cookies right when they come out of the oven.
Eat warm. Enjoy!
