10 Minutes

The weekend has officially started! Well...mine has at least! And starting today, I am going to stretch just 10 minutes a day, EVERYDAY! Sounds easy right? Well, it's not when you have someone like me who can procrastinate with the best of them! 
I looked at my dog the other day who was in the midst of a perfect "Downward Facing Dog" yoga position only to continue on to the "Upward Facing Dog!" Amazing! I thought to myself......... If a dog can have the sense to stretch his body like that, than so can I!  So...... thats my plan. I'll keep you updated!

He is ADORABLE!!!!!! And I really like your new resolution. I used to start my day with a stretch and workout, but since having my lil pupster (who isn't that little any more, just thinks he is) I had to move everything to afternoons and evenings. Still think, mornings are the best, though. x

Oh that is so cute! They're such good reminders of the simple needs and joys of life. Every time my dog gets up from a sleep and does the same stretches. If I see him doing it, I instinctively start arching and stretching my back at the same time! A perfect reminder!
