Portobello Mushroom & Madeira Chicken

Want to make a gourmet meal but just don't have the time?
Ever since Campells came out with their "slow kettle style" soups, I've been experimenting with the crock pot. This one is a winner! Seriously takes a minute to prepare, makes your kitchen smell divine as it simmers all day, and tastes deeeeeeeeeeeelish!

INGREDIENTS:
~Rice
~Campells Slow Kettle Style Portobello Mushroom & Madeira Bisque
~2 Chicken Breast Fillets
~1/2 cup of white wine (optional)

Place chicken breasts in the crock pot, pour in the bisque, and add the white wine. The white wine is optional. I usually have an open bottle of in my fridge so I use it, but it is equally good without.
Simmer on LOW for 8 hours.

Serve over rice and salt and pepper to taste. Add a green salad and glass of wine, or water, or whatever! Wasn't that easy?
 Enjoy! ( :
