Easiest Dinner Ever

Now that I have a baby, I am constantly looking for SIMPLE and healthy dinners to make, that don't involve pasta or a lot of dishes. The least amount of dishes to wash, the better!
Well...... this one takes the cake! I found this recipe on Pinterest and was a little skeptical, because Pinterest can be hit or miss, but this one is a HIT! Whoever thought of this is a genius! You have your protein, carb and vegetable. This is now a weekly favorite at our house. Check it out!

YOU WILL NEED:
~1 lb chicken Tenderloins, breasts, or cutlets
~1/2 a packet of ranch or italian salad dressing mix
~1/2 a stick of butter (melted)
~Fresh green beans (the recipe calls for canned but I like fresh)!
~1 large potato cut up (I've also used red potatoes)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Take a large pan. I used this 9 X 13 inch disposable pan so I didn't have to do ANY dishes. Arrange the chicken, beans and potatoes (see below). Sprinkle with the salad dressig mix, and drizzle the melted butter over the whole thing. Cover with foil and cook for 45 minutes.

For 4-6 people, double the ingredients use a whole stick of butter and the entire packet of dressing mix and cook for 1 hour. Yum! You'll LOVE it!

Daily Gratitude: Today I am thankful for catnaps. When you're a new mom, catnaps are a luxury!
