Gratitude

I consider myself to be a pretty spiritual person. You may not see me in church every Sunday, but I believe in God, I pray, and I try to live my life with integrity.
When I lost my daughter, I didn't question God. As terrible and painful as it was, well....... is, I know there is no escaping what will be.
Bad things happen to good people and good things happen to bad people. That's just life. The important thing is to live life with GRATITUDE.
My daughter did me a favor. She taught me to be more GRATEFUL.
I don't let things bother me as much as they used to, I'm a little more patient, and I know how lucky I am.

So, from now on, I want to finish each blog entry with something I'm GRATEFUL for. I'm sure it's no surprise that I am starting with my son. I am so GRATEFUL for him, and
I plan to tell him every single day.
I mean...... look at that face!

We will teach Tommy to live with GRATITUDE and when he is old enough, we will talk about one thing we are GRATEFUL for every night before bed. I can't think of a better tradition!

What are you GRATEFUL for?

He is SO precious Lea! Such a great idea to take time and think of what we're thankful for. I'm grateful for healthy family!
