Ground Turkey Soup

I kind of invented this simple Ground Turkey Soup. It's easy to whip up, and PERECT for a chilly day. Not only that, it makes the house smell divine!

YOU WILL NEED:
1 lb. of Ground Turkey meat
1 clove of garlic (minced)
1 small onion chopped
2 celery sticks chopped
1 bag of baby spinach (optional)
1-32 Oz. box of Chicken broth
1-32 Oz. box of College Inn Culinary broth (WHITE WINE AND HERB)
1 cup of Ditalini pasta or ANY small pasta of your choice

Directions: Grab a large pot. Heat 1 tbsp. of olive oil (Medium heat), and add minced garlic, onion and celery. Stir until onions are glassy. Add ground turkey and stir until cooked through. Drain any excess oil. Add the box of Culinary broth. Heat and stir for about 5 minutes. Add bag of spinach and stir for another 5 minutes. Add the box of chicken broth, and continue to heat until it boils. Stir in the cup of pasta. Continue to heat and stir for about 10 minutes until pasta is cooked. Serve with crusty bread!

I then turn the heat on real low, cover, and let the soup simmer for the rest of the day (stirring occasionally). That way anyone can grab a bowl when they feel like it! We pretty much live on this soup for the next two days. It only gets better as it's reheated!
