Cute alert! How adorable and EASY are these little pancake stackers I found HERE! Next time I host a brunch, there babies are a DEFINITE on my menu!
Make all the miniature pancakes ahead of time. Stack them in 4's and keep them in a warm oven. When guests arrive, plate them, add the blueberry and basil leaf then finish off with a drizzle of warm maypole syrup and serve!
