Fluffernutter Cookies

Fluffernutter sandwiches are a sweet and delicious childhood memory of mine. My dad used to toast two pieces of white bread, put creamy peanut butter on one side and Marshmallow fluff on the other. Then he'd slice it in half and the warm peanut butter and fluff would ooze onto the plate. It's about the best sandwich any kid could ask for!
I mean...... it's practically a dessert right? So I thought to myself......why not make it a dessert?!

YOU WILL NEED

Roll cookie dough into 1/2 inch balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Make a crisscross on each ball with a fork to flatten. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Take cookies out of oven and let cool. When cool yet slightly warm, put a small scoop (about a tablespoon) of fluff on one cookie and then sandwich it with another cookie. Slightly squish together and you have ultimate gooey goodness!
